A part of me wonders - maybe the 2nd person was just a gracious individual and the 1st was a grumpy b*tch and would have been that way with anyone... except... I don't think so. I really think the first one was racist. Because I think you are good at perceiving when people really are racist. After it happens enough times, you see the patterns.
