Anti-Cancer Diet For Today
Stir fried broccoli, red pepper and onion with salmon

As many of you know, I am fighting metastatic cancer. The doctors gave me 6 months to live back in April of 2021, yet I am still here 22 months later.
One of the reasons I’m still here is, I think, dietary changes I’ve made.
Here are some of them:
- Lots of healthy veggies. I make sure I get some dark leafy greens and cruciferous veggies every day.
- Healthy fruits like berries, citrus, and apples
- Healthy nuts like walnuts
- Healthy protein such as wild-caught fish, pastured eggs, and pastured bone broth
- Moderate amounts of legumes and healthy grains like wild rice and quinoa
- Using healthy oils like coconut oil, olive oil, and avocado oil
- No processed foods
- No added sugars
- Restaurant food only on special occasions
- Purified water
Basically, if it’s not prepared by either myself or my mom in my own kitchen, I don’t eat it. My diet has become mostly vegetables because those are the healthiest.
