Biden or Trump: Who Is Better For Crypto?

And do voters care?

According to Forbes, a “groundbreaking” bill has recently been introduced by Representative Matt Gaetz (R) of Florida. The bill would allow federal income taxes to be paid with Bitcoin.

In a statement Gaetz said that this step could encourage a future where cryptocurrencies were more widely used by the Amerian financial system, thus help the U.S. to stay ahead of its competitors when it comes to advancement and innovation in this field. Other advantages he mentioned — increased efficiency, flexibility, and economic competitiveness.

This occurs within the context of a Presidential election. We had our first debate between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump this past Thursday.

While talking heads analyze their performance, the reality is that very few people will change their minds based on the debate.

For most people, the candidate they vote for will depend on the issues they care about. Each of the main parties and therefore the standard bearers appeal to a different part of the electorate.

Other issues aside, does a particular candidate favor crypto more than the other?
