BTW, one thing I will say - it's great that we can have honest and respectful conversations about these issues. Because your experiences DO matter but so do my experiences and the experiences of others of all races. Hopefully as we learn about each others' individual experiences we can get to a point where racism is eradicated. I want to see you as a human being that I respect, not as a "black woman".
