Democracy and the DNC
Sabrina Salvati weighs in
Sabrina Salvati has a podcast and is the cohost of Revolutionary Blackout Network. She is an advocate for leftist policies, having grown up in Germany where she learned to appreciate their benefits. She currently interviews other activists as well as candidates and entrepreneurs as well as giving her own commentary.
I learned about her when I watched her as a guest on Rising from an episode aired about 2 weeks ago. The online show is produced by The Hill, and I like it for the same reason I liked the show when it starred Krystal Ball and Saagar Enjeti.
The current hosts are Briahna Joy Gray and Robby Soave, but it’s stuck to a format I enjoy — while the two hosts come from different political perspectives, they are both intelligent and respectful of each other.
With Ball and Enjeti, she was progressive while he was conservative. With Gray and Soave, she is progressive and he is a libertarian. The discussions are often interesting.
On the show which featured Salvati as a guest speaker, however, Jessica Burbank was the co-host along with Soave.
\What was really interesting — while these three people seemed to favor different candidates, they all agreed that the actions of the DNC were troubling.
