Frankly, some women ARE submissive. But so are some men! And some men and women are more dominant, while others are egalitarian.

The men (and women) who emphasize how dominant they are are really the most insecure and the worst to be assigned leadership roles. If you are a natural leader, you just do it. You don't need to toot your own horn.
