what qualifies as fat anyway? standards change. if someone is so large they have a hard time walking, their heart is super-stressed, they can't breathe at night... those are real issues. but I've known "fat" people who were strong, healthy and vibrant and I've known "thin" people who were anemic and always tired. the most important thing is being healthy. if the only way to get skinny is to smoke cigarettes and not eat anything nutritious then it's not healthy.
