Heroic Boys Stop Creep
The adults ignored them so they took action
As reported by The Boston Globe, a teacher at the Davisville Middle School in Rhode Island was acting inappropriately. He was nasty to the boys in his classroom, but it was the way he treated girls that got students in his sixth grade classroom particularly upset.
He leered at the girls, called them by pet names, and would ask them to dance. He asked one girl to take off her shoes so he could see her toes. He bragged to the kids that it was useless for them to complain to parents since he knew how to deal with them.
Apparently, in addition to being a teacher, he was also a coach. He had left one school due to parental complaints, but the school district simply moved him to another location.
When the kids in the sixth grade class complained, no one did anything. The adults were not taking their concerns seriously.
So in January of last year, the now seventh grade boys took matters into their own hands. They used Discord to create a channel they referred to as the “Pedo Database”. During COVID-19, they were able to use Discord to split the screen so they could log incidents as they actually happened. They maintained meticulous records.
