One thing though - I was addressing long term trends in the article, not the short term. Short term I would agree with you that we're going to see a pull back - in fact, I think I mentioned this is my best case prediction - a drop (which would be a good buying opportunity) followed by another rise.

Timeframe is by end of year.

Of course, I could be wrong, which is why it's good that you are doing your own calculations. I appreciate that you are sharing with me so that I can hopefully catch any mistakes I've made!
