How I Prayed For Cancer This Morning
As well as other other illnesses
I prayed for several people this morning. I prayed for miracles.
I know several people fighting cancer.
One friend of mine was recently diagnosed with throat and brain cancer. He and his wife have five children so despite his dire condition he if forcing himself to work. However, he may start chemo and radiation soon, which will make this very hard for him.
His wife told me they have been trying alternative treatments and are having additional scans done to see how they’ve been working. The hope is that he will show enough improvement that he can avoid chemo and radiation, since these would destroy his ability to speak and eat solid food.
Another friend of mine is in the final stages of cancer. He’s been fighting hard but despite several visits to MD Anderson in Texas (he and his wife live in a different state so this has been expensive) his condition is now terminal.
Someone else has been having major digestive issues that became bad enough he had to be hospitalized. Despite running numerous tests, they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong.
For each of these people, as well as a few others, I prayed this morning. I also prayed for myself.
