The thing is, based on the video evidence, the witness testimonies, the forensic evidence, etc. - if Rittenhouse had not been shot Rosenbaum he'd probably be dead. But why was he even there, and armed?

And, frankly, if he had been a young black man - would he have been presumed innocent?

The thing is, our legal system is supposed to presume someone is innocent until proven guilty. And too often young black men are assumed guilty instead. That bothers me.
