I agree with you. I am an Asian and I've experienced racism in America, but if you travel abroad, the US is NOT a racist country on the same scale as many others. There are still areas it needs to improve and still people who are obviously racist and even proud of it, but travel through Asia, Europe, and even Africa... however, some countries are better than the US when it comes to being open and non-racist. Ireland for example, I found extremely non-racist. Same with the modern UK, though it still has a lot of classism. JMHO and just based on my own experience.
