I agree with you re. Arbery.

Re. Rittenhouse - before I read the witness testimony and saw the videos, I was certain he was guilty. But then I watched the videos and read the witness testimony. And.. it was obvious that the media misled people.

Re. the weapon - Rittenhouse did NOT carry it over state lines. Rittenhouse did not live in Kenosha, but his father and other relatives lived there, he'd worked there, and he had friends there. One of the friends legally owned the weapon and loaned it to Rittenhouse. Legally, a 17 year old is apparently allowed to use that weapon in Wisconsin. I didn't know that, but this turns out to be true.

I think his parents were idiots to send their son into such a dangerous area, where there was rioting, looting, arson, etc. But once he was actually there... he didn't break the actual law, at least as far as the actual video shows and the actual testimony reads.
