I also love Thomas Sowell. A brilliant economist - I have his Basic Economics. He makes complex concepts understandable. Yet because he, like many other black people I really admire such as Zora Neale Hurston, Condi Rice and Dr. Ben Carson are reviled in the black community due to being conservative.
