Yasser was a monster and it seems he's raised his son in the same mold.

I am not sure about Patricia... yes, she allowed her daughters to be abused, but... she was only 15 when she married this monster. What were her parents thinking? Why did they not better protect their daughter? So she was probably emotionally stunted and unable to do better.

She will need years of therapy. Meanwhile, her innocent daughters are dead and her son is probably estranged and hostile towards her. I think the loss of her children will punish her for the rest of her life.
