I don’t wear any make-up. My morning routine — I get up and brush my teeth and wash my face. That’s it. I shower later in the day, after I exercise. I do dye my hair, but I only need to do that about once a month. So it’s not a big deal. I do take supplements, but I figure men should be doing that too. It’s unfortunate but with the way modern agriculture has depleted the soil, we all need some supplementation these days.

I’m a cancer survivor with a mastectomy. My body is a battle ground. But I love it and am grateful I am still alive. I thank my body for surviving a cancer that kills most people who have it. I see my body as a conqueror. I don’t really give a D*MN if anyone else thinks I’m ugly.

I’ve found out certain people (of both genders) have said negative things about the way I look because I only have one breast. F*CK them. I don’t care what a**holes think.

I am sure you are beautiful au naturale. Even if you’re not… there’s a lot more to your value as a human being. JMHO.
