I fast and it's been good for me BUT everyone's body is different. You need to listen to YOUR body and I'm glad you did, and glad you shared your story so others who have the same issues can learn and take better steps to care for themselves.

For myself, I do intermittent fasting but I'm not a fanatic about it. I typically might do one or two longer fasts a month, but also have a couple of days where I eat all day long. I listen to my body instead of following some rules Nazi. It works for ME.
