I live in Texas, and at least here our nativity scenes are not behind a fence but... I am unfortunately aware of some of the rest of this! The one about animals just makes me angry. I was raised to believe that when you care for an animal, it is a serious responsibility. Can't imagine the callousness of people who would dump them!
