I was looking at things from a purely functional POV. Does a person have the requisite plumbing? Sexual orientation is irrelevant. Having a vagina is the key factor. Biological women (including lesbians), trans women who have undergone surgery down there and trans men who have not yet had surgery would all therefore fit the criteria.
