If I had had children, I know I would have loved them, doted on them, etc. But other peoples' babies? Take em or leave em. I like children once they reach the age of reason and I can have a conversation with them. Dogs and cats on the other hand... I will happily dog or cat sit someone else's pets, will happily interact with them at the park, etc. And my own pets are always adored.
