If You Need Baby Formula And Live Near the Border…
Is this a solution?
Full disclosure — I don’t have a baby so I personally do not need baby formula. However, it makes me very sad that so many people apparently are having a hard time feeding their children.
In many cases, it is because the child medically needs the formula due to digestive or other disorders. Sometimes the mother cannot produce enough milk.
Whatever the reason, this is an essential product for many families and while the Biden administration is finally getting products from other countries, many families are still facing shortages.
However, apparently store shelves in Mexico still appear to have plenty of stock. Check out this YouTube video. I think the guy should get a medal for highlighting a possible solution. At the very least, give him likes.
I would imagine the same is true in Canada, but I don’t have any evidence to share.
I checked out the rules for bringing stuff across the border. If you decide to do this, carefully follow the rules.
While bringing agricultural products such as fruits across the border is not allowed, nothing is said about baby formula. You do have to declare products you buy but there is an exemption for personal items up to $800. Would baby formula…
