In Vietnam, they suspended vaccinating children after 120 of them ended up hospitalized (and 3 dead) after being vaccinated:

To be fair, this is a Vietnamese publication - not sure how reliable it is. Also, it's likely they just had a bad batch of the vaccine. So until there is more data, best to take this with a grain of salt. However, there are also reports of young, healthy athletes having heart issues after being vaccinated. Again, not sure if this is causation or merely correlation.

I think it's pretty obvious that the COVID vaccine is important for older people (over 55) and those with things like diabetes. For people in their 20s who are healthy? The risk/reward ratio may not be optimal.

This is one reason I don't favor mandates but rather education. In some cases, people need to be vaccinated, in others, they may not. This should be an informed individual decision made in consultation with a doctor.
