It’s also not simply red vs blue. Back when the AIDs epidemic was in full swing, there were many gay people (a more blue group I think) that continued to practice unsafe sex. Today, we have both Spring Breakers (who probably trend more blue) and oldsters (who probably trend red) who are doing foolish things.
