It’s always baffled me why people give unsolicited feedback like that. Does it make them feel good to put you down? Then that tells you about them.

Whether or not you are beautiful — I hope you realize that you are. Ultimately, that is the opinion that counts.

I’ve got only one breast thanks to a mastectomy. I don’t try to hide it. I am a survivor and if people want to put me down because I’m lopsided, f*ck them.

The world can be a hard place sometimes. The least we can do is not make it worse by being unkind to each other.
