It's like we've taken a massive step backwards. Frankly, it seems that even old sitcoms like The Jeffersons were better than some of this "deliberately diverse" dreck. At least with the Jeffersons, George was a successful entrepreneur and he succeeded ON HIS OWN. He didn't need a white savior.

One of my favorite shows for a while was Gray's Anatomy, which was created by Shonda Rhimes. I thought it featured a diverse cast in a non-condescending way.
