Men do get bashed more on here, in general, but there are also sites that cater to MGTOW and incels. The reality is that both men and women bash each other, just look at the "take my wife" jokes from the less woke era. Now it's more politically correct to bash men.
However, women also tend to be more verbal then men, which is why when they are upset with their guy or with guys in general, they are probably more likely to verbalize it, including on Medium.
I realize it's not politically correct to say this, but a lot of PC is just bullsh*t, IMHO.
Men and women are equally valuable, deserve equal rights and should both receive respect. But it is a scientific fact that adult men produce between 10 and 20 times the testosterone that women do. After all, we are just mammals. Bulls, dogs, lions, etc., all show the difference in aggression when that testosterone kicks in after puberty.
It's one reason armies used young men to fight wars. Because young men are physically strong and have that testosterone but don't yet have the wisdom and judgment to question why the heck they are doing something so asinine as killing some other parent's son. Of course now, women are also doing this - so now they have the equal right to go kill people who never did them any harm.
I am very anti-war, except defensive wars to protect your homeland, family, etc.
So is there a natural male inclination towards war? To some degree, yes. Male chimpanzees have been known to band with others in their "tribe" to chase down and kill invaders. You can google it. I think we are very similar genetically to these primates.
How does this relate to feminism and war?
Based purely on the science, if all we did was look at studies of primates and other mammals, we'd conclude that, unless homo sapiens are a total anomaly, adult males would be more aggressive than adult females. However, human beings have that higher level of conscious knowledge. When they use it, we get peaceful men like Mahatma Gandhi and Albert Schweitzer and many others who have gone against this destructiveness and we get heroes who prevent bad people from harming others.
And there are also many more male inventors, entrepreneurs and explorers, as well. Some of the reason for the dearth of male scientists is that prior to feminism, women were often denied opportunities. However, even with a level playing field, there will not be as many women getting PhDs in math or physics.
Right now, in order to have "equity" white men are actively discriminated in some fields, which, as a feminist, I am against. The point of feminism should NOT be to get revenge on men! It should be a level playing field for everyone. If men are better or more motivated to be in some professions, as long as everyone has a chance to try out, it's not discrimination if men succeed more.
