men who think women decline in value as they become wiser, more compassionate, more comfortable with their sexuality, etc., are idiots. one thing I've discovered as I've gotten older - my FEMALE friendships have gotten better. So... while I love men and have a lot of fun dating them, if they all suddenly decided I was no longer "bed worthy", well, too bad for THEM. my good friends give me all the emotional support, affection and fun I need, my pets adore me, and I can financially care for myself. men are nice but not necessary.
