My mother moved in with me after my brother was awful to her after my father died. She decided she would leave me everything, however, she wrote up a will. She also transferred most of her valuables to me. She left my brother only a small amount in her will.

I didn't ask her to do any of this, but I am glad it's all in writing because the last thing I want is to have a fight when I am grieving.
