Oh, also - when I was in grad school, I rented a studio for $400, utilities included, but I went to MIT for my undergrad, so yea, I had student loans. I basically had a bunch of roommates so I could get the loans paid off quickly. I hate being in debt.

Times are different, but I've known some really creative kids!
