One reason I didn’t watch Tiger King. I also never watched ALF after I found out he ate cats, but I have watched “redemptive” things like Air Bud — his original owner is awful but then the dog finds a good home with love. I did watch War Horse and wished I hadn’t. It made me hate humanity for what we did to the animals during WWI.

I loved Breakfast at Tiffany’s, but hated that Holly let Cat go… but then she redeems herself by searching in the rain for him. I forgave her because she was so damaged herself and then she grows and she finds Cat and shelters him in her coat. But if she hadn’t done that I would have hated her too.
