You don't need to go to Harvard to have a good life. My father got his undergraduate in India but then went to MIT for his Master's degree. Many Indians do that. So focus on a local education, work hard, do well, and set your sights on graduate school of your choice.

As far as money - there are other ways besides PayPal to get paid like Venmo. If you have followers who have the money and want to pay your legal bills - they can use things besides PayPal to help.
