Do you think that we still need affirmative action or have we come far enough as a society that most people are color blind?

For me the issue was more sexism than racism, though I experienced some of that as well. I started off as an engineer in 1988 and while I had not felt barriers in college, when I started working I did encounter them.

Again, I hope we have come far enough as a society that young people no longer need to deal with these issues the way prior generations had to.
