Here is something that people often don't get - a woman can be successful, powerful, etc., and still be feminine. One of the most successful female managers I knew did NOT act like a man - she acted like a woman. And female managers who try to be masculine often turn people off.
I am a Christian, and in the Bible there is story of a female judge in ancient Israel - her style was maternal, not paternal.
I don't get why women want to be more like men or vice versa. It's a waste of time and effort, JMHO
