One of the reasons they get away with the stuff they do these days - they have destroyed our education system. I used to love to read Scientific American when I was a kid, but that magazine has been dumbed down because Americans are no longer educated to the same level they used to be. Find a biology textbook from the 1950s, for example, and compare to one from the 1980s and then from one from today. It's astonishing.

This is why no one understands what a vaccine is anymore. I grew up knowing that the purpose of a vaccine is to immunize you against a disease. A person with the polio vaccine would not get polio. The definition of vaccine is now apparently totally different thanks to COVID... but the change has everything to do with politics and nothing to do with science.
