Thanks for putting this out there. When I was diagnosed with cancer a while back, I did a lot of research, and among the things I did — switched to Ceylon cinnamon. I love the flavor. I don’t think an occasional sprinkle of the other variety is bad for you, so I don’t stress if I go to a friend’s house and have something flavored with it. I just make sure at home I use the right variety.
