Thanks To My New Diet, I’ve Lost 40 Pounds Effortlessly

I was diagnosed with metastatic brain cancer in April of 2021.

That freaked me out as you can imagine.

Surgery extracted a lemon size tumor from my brain. Then followed radiation. I asked my surgeon point blank about my prognosis. He told me 6 months.

Well, I’m a fighter. I refused to accept this.

Since then, I’ve done everything I can to live. One of the things I did was to change my diet. It’s amazing how much easier it is to stick to a diet if your life is on the line. While my goal was not weight loss, I’ve lost 40 pounds since my diagnosis.

I realize that for many people, that doesn’t seem like a lot over the course of a year, but… I had been stuck at the same weight for years, unable to lose weight no matter what I did. It turns out, the same stuff that I researched to heal my cancer also actually works for helping you lose weight.

So what did I do?

  • Give up sugar. Sugar feeds cancer. It also sets up your insulin response in unhealthy ways.
  • Add bone broth to my diet.
  • Stick to only healthy fats. That eliminates most fast foods and…
