that is a valid point. From my perspective, I figured the other person would appreciate being given a chance instead of simply being rejected based on appearance.

Over the long haul, I think I made the right call. Like I said, MOST of the time there was no spark. But, at least in my experience, I seldom get the spark even with men who are very attractive. It just takes a lot to get me interested, I guess.

Trying to put myself in the guys' shoes - I would imagine it's better to be given a chance? I'd always prefer having the option. But maybe that's just me.
