Theoretically true but in reality there are actually women who have medical conditions that lead to weight gain. I had a friend who was put on medication for a glandular disorder when she was 28 and she ballooned out. It wasn't that she was eating more, it was the medication. Prior to that, she was quite slender.

There are also women who are at healthy weights who are rejected by men because their natural, healthy body types are not fashionable.

For a short man who is discriminated against, an attractive trait might be more sympathy and less judgment against others who are also discriminated against due to their appearance.
