There is more to love than sex, and this is a spiritual concept that does provide joy, intimacy and fulfillment to certain people. Obviously it is not for everyone. But, just like I can acknowledge that polyamorous and open marriages can be good for the participants even if they do not appeal to me, I can see how a celibate marriage could be fulfilling to certain people. It's all good as long as no one is coerced.
