These are all good points.

Honestly, I think the problems that occur are due to bad manners. If you're in a changing room discreetly doing your own thing, it's no big deal. If you stare at other people, get in their face or otherwise annoy them, then you're a problem. And trans people do not have a monopoly on this, if anything I think they are more likely to be discreet and do their best NOT to be annoying.
