My parents are from India, my grandfather marched with Gandhi - no love for British imperialism here. But I never had a problem with the Queen herself who by all accounts seemed gracious.

When the Queen died? Mom and I commented that it was sad, but she was, after all, over 90. We liked her, didn't like Charles, we really liked Diana... and that was the basically extent of our conversation.

For the sake of people who are mourning, I'm not going to say negative stuff about the Queen. RIP
