Trump has ALWAYS acted somewhat demented. But they did apparently give him a test and he was suffering from dementia, he's just an a**.

But compare video of Biden from when he was VP to now. He has really declined. He was never the sharpest knife in the drawer.

The Dems really screwed up. There were several great candidates but somehow we got stuck with this guy.

Anyway, why compare Biden to Trump? I expect better from the Dems.
