Um, I wasn't being hostile and I didn't think you were. However, I have had the experience of disagreeing with people on this site where they have become irrational, called me names, etc. I block them because while I don't mind disagreement, personal insults are unacceptable to me.

I wasn't trying to accuse YOU of that behavior but I have unfortunately had that experience on this site so I take pre-emptive measures.

The law needs to be above individual cases. Of course, if soemone murdered my parents, I would want immediate justice. However, what does the American judicial system say? Is someone innocent until proven guilty? I seem to remember that...

If a black person is put in handcuffs by a cop but white people are not - it MAY be due to racism. It may not.

Again, if you have a link to share that proves you are right and the officers acted correctly - feel free to provide. Or, if you are in law enforcement and have been trained this way - I'd be interested to know.

Otherwise, if it's just your opinion with no proof - well, your opinion is no more or less valuable than mine.
