If she is telling the truth, he broke into her home, sexually assaulted her, stole her bank card (and then withdrew $1000) and her car. She is the mother of 3 of Blake's 6 kids.

None of which justified shooting 7 bullets into Blake. Cops are supposed to arrest people, not execute them.
