well, and Nordic bread is probably very tasty. I have a German friend and one of the thing he misses is the bread. When I was traveling in Austria, I got it. The bread there is significantly better than the bread in American supermarkets. I can get good bread, but I have to go to places like Whole Foods or bakeries that make proper bread. Or I make it myself. Now that I've had it, I too have become addicted to really good bread.
