What a beautiful child and what a tragic event. I feel sorry for the mother but honestly, she is responsible for the child's death. This also shows how alcoholism wrecks families. If Mom wasn't a fricking alcoholic, that beautiful child would be alive today. Hopefully she will learn from this and get the help she needs to overcome her addiction.
