What about the fact that in Parker’s case her brother was obviously in danger? Wouldn’t that also be part of the defense? That the man was going out with an uzi and she was trying to defend her brother as well, and possibly other people. Obviously the man was deranged and a danger to society. How many people would have had to die for the criminal justice system to exonerate Parker?
