what really pi**es me off is that because of this deception, good people who really do need help but are not manipulators don't get any help. It stinks!!!

Nowadays, I never offer help to someone who asks, I give them possible solutions of things they can do for themselves. However, I have gladly given help to those who don't ask but are honestly trying to care for themselves. then I can give with an open heart and not feel like someone is trying to use me.
