Yeah, except the politics is part of the reason people leave NY and CA. I grew up in NYC and I loved it, but I also appreciate TX now that I Iive here and I don't see why it needs to change. I don't get why people need to convert their new home to be identical to the place they left. You left for a reason, but now you want to make your new place just like the place you left? How does that make sense?
