I love REAL potato salad, hers is NOT it! I also dice my potatoes, not mash them, and I like to use diced sweet pickles along with mayo and mustard, salt and pepper. However, I sometimes add a bit of finely diced Vidalia onion to my potato salad... not sure if that is acceptable!
